On Wednesday, October 29th at 6pm at the Thomas Crane Public Library join QHS Executive Director Alexandra Elliott, and the City of Quincy’s Director of Historic and Heritage Resources, Bob Damon, for Quincy Eats — a light-hearted exploration of Quincy history’s most delectable dishes and legendary eateries!

From Abigail Adams’ eel stew and Joseph Lee’s famous fried fish to Howard Johnson’s 28 flavors of ice cream and Quincy’s legendary status as the center of the donut hole, join us for a delicious jaunt through Quincy’s culinary history. Attendees are invited to bring a favorite culinary memory from Quincy (max 60 words please) and Alexandra and Bob will share some of them out at the end of the program.

This event is open to all and free to attend.
